The Influence of Work Environment, Work Culture, and Social Protection on Employee Wellbeing

Purpose – This study examines the influence of work environment, work culture, and social protection on employee wellbeing
Methodology/approach – A quantitative associative method was applied, with data collected from 90 staff employees with a position level as supervisors using a total sampling technique and analyzed through PLS-SEM.Findings – It was found that the work environment, work culture, and social protection were significant predictors of employee wellbeing at PT XYZ. Novelty/value – As employee wellbeing has become increasingly important in recent years and is closely linked to sustainability, especially in the context of the workplace. Employee wellbeing is considered a crucial factor for maintaining productivity, motivation and healthy work environment, it is vital to understand how to boost employee wellbeing.
