Despite the region's potential as a major exporter, local farmers face economic limitations due to surplus production and post-harvest waste. To mitigate these issues, a women-led initiative has been introduced to process surplus mangoes into value-added products like mango chips. The findings emphasize the importance of collective action, technical support, and access to wider markets in sustaining rural entrepreneurship. Additionally, the study highlights the social and cultural impacts of women's economic participation, including shifts in gender roles and increased self-confidence. Theoretical implications suggest that rural women’s entrepreneurship enhances economic resilience. Practical applications of the findings indicate the need for sustained support, including training and market integration, to ensure the long-term success of such ventures. This research contributes to the literature on gender-inclusive rural development and entrepreneurship, demonstrating the potential for women in rural areas to drive local economic growth through innovative use of local resources and modern entrepreneurial practices.</p> Nurhaeni Sikki Ratna Deli Sari Hersusetiyati Ajeng Nisa Kusuma Pupi Indriati Zaelani Zaelani Copyright (c) 2024 Adpebi Science Series https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-12-15 2024-12-15 1 12 10.54099/icemat2024.v2i1.434 The Role of Brand Image and Service in the Sustainability of Service Purchasing Decisions at PT.
